 Amazing Grace 

Amazing Grace that found some space

For little me in time and place 

Is it a wonder or a gift 

To be right here enjoying this?

Is it a wonder, is it a blessing

A miracle of time and space

The progeny of a billion years

Of unlikely chance and certainty?

The pinnacle of evolution 

Who has the gifts to know

And question the reason how

We came this far at all?

Is it luck or is it Grace

That the dice rolled six

The coin turned heads

A billion times and more?

Maybe God rolls dice

Or maybe dice rolls God

Unlikely as it sounds

Kindness is all around. 

Why do we listen to the call

Of those who cross our path?

Unless a seed of unseen grace

Is buried deep inside us all.
